RETURNS POLICY
Refunds will be given only for damaged books which are returned within 10 days of delivery to the customer.  All returns must be in their original product packaging. We'll also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Please note that nakedambition.com cannot accept returns of books purchased from third-party sellers.  If you wish to return a book purchased from a third party seller (e.g.: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders), contact that seller for their return policies.

HOW TO RETURN A BOOK
- All returns must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
- Please enclose also a short note detailing the reason for return.
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any)

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than USD 50.00 / GBP 40.00 / EUR 50.00.

Please note that all refunds may take up to four weeks from the day we receive the returned merchandise.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
